Born and raised in Palm Beach County south Florida, Jack started dealing in real estate in his early 20's. This experinece was in buying, selling, and owner financing, giving him a well rounded knowledge of the real estate world from the buyer and seller side. Janice moved to Florida from Pennsylvania in 1989 and started her real estate in 1993. Selling and owner financing real estate in West Palm Beach. Moving to Lake City Florida in 1995 we continued our real estate business of buing and selling residential homes, commercial, and vacant land. Being here before the 1998 and 2004 hurricanes afforded us the opportunity to see property that was hi and dry. These hurricanes came flooding many areas. This gives us the edge over the brand new realtors of having see the property in both conditions - dry and flooded, being able to advise where to and not to buy.
